Engineers’ House in Bristol and Broadway House in London have received the BVA BDRC VenueVerdict Event Planner Feedback Gold Standard Accreditation for 2023, making this a ‘Decade of Gold’ for these two amazing venues.

VenueVerdict is a real-time customer feedback and benchmarking tool, helping many venues all over the country to make targeted improvements. To be eligible for the Event Planner Feedback Accreditation, which is awarded each quarter, venues must have a total of at least 40 responses from Business or Personal Event Hosts over a 12-month period.

VenueVerdict have just announced their accreditations for Q4 2023. Make Venues has been recognised by its customers again with Engineers’ House and Broadway House receiving Gold Standard for the tenth year running. Gold Standard is awarded to those venues who receive at least 50 responses over the 12-month period, with a Net Promoter Score which places them in the top 10% of all the programme’s subscribers.

Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa has also been awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in this customer-led accreditation. This is awarded to those venues with a Net Promoter Score which places them in the top 20% of all the programme’s subscribers.
